Generating Ideas (P1,M1 U21)
Learning Outcome 1(U21): Be able to generate ideas for an original media product based on a client brief. Explicit: Has to be original content. Has to be a front page and a double page spread. Implicit: Promote a developing local vibrant music scene. Has to be based online and print based in north London. Open to interpretation: I can do which ever artist or band that i want to. I can base it on whatever genre i want to. My first thoughts: My first initial thoughts was to base it rock bands as they are a well known, however i decided to go for a grime genre as it is more well known, recognisable and are what the youth in North London is listening to so it will make the magazine as popular as possible by targeting a mass market instead of a niche market.
